1. Who processes your data

The website annaprohealth.com belongs to Hanna Kovalenko, a registered sole proprietor (FOP) in Dnipro, Ukraine - referred to below as "I" or "the Provider". For any questions about your data, email annadietolog@gmail.com.

2. What data the website collects

The website has no sign-up, forms or payments - you don't enter anything. Data is collected in only two cases:

• Anonymous visit statistics - only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner (see section 3).
• Browser preferences - your chosen language, price currency and cookie choice. They are stored only on your device (localStorage) and are never sent anywhere.

3. Cookies and analytics

To understand what is useful on the website and what could be improved, I use two services. They are switched on only after your consent; if you click "Decline", nothing is loaded.

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) - number of visits, where you came from (search, Instagram, Telegram), pages viewed, clicks on booking buttons. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* - up to 2 years. Google's policy.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) - heatmaps and de-identified session recordings: scrolling, clicks, mouse movement. Cookies: _clck - up to 1 year, _clsk - 1 day. Microsoft's policy.

I only see aggregated statistics and cannot tell who you are. The data may be stored on Google and Microsoft servers, including in the USA; these companies protect it under their own policies and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can change your decision at any time: via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. When you contact me

If you write to me on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, by email or call me, I receive the data you choose to share: your name, contact details and, during consultations, information about your eating habits, health and well-being. This data is used only to reply to you and to provide services under the Public Offer Agreement (UA); it is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising.

Conversations take place on the platforms of the respective services (Telegram, Meta, Google), so their privacy rules also apply.

Client data is kept for as long as services are provided and no longer than 3 years after they end, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

5. Legal basis

• statistics and cookies - your consent (you can withdraw it at any time);
• consultations and support - our contract (the Public Offer Agreement);
• in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data I hold about you and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
• withdraw your consent to cookies and data processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the data protection authority of your EU country.
