on the Path to Your Goal
Hi! I'm Anna Kovalenko, an eating behavior
specialist, nutritionist, and psychologist. I'm also an
experienced fitness trainer, specializing in functional and
aerobic training.
I've worked professionally in fitness and nutrition for 15+
years, and my own training and nutrition journey goes back
even further.
Since 2025, I've combined the physical side of the work
with psychology, so the result isn't just a
number on the scale. It's lasting change and a new way of
living.
My method rests on three pillars:
Healthy, Balanced Nutrition
No crash diets, no harsh restrictions, no calorie counting. I teach you the core principles of healthy eating: setting up your daily routine and meal schedule, and building a filling, psychologically comfortable way of eating that fits your goal.
The Psychology of Eating Behavior
We work on the causes of overeating, not just its effects. I help you tune in to your body's signals, recognize true physical hunger in time, and know what to do when emotions or outside triggers take over.
The Right Amount of Movement
I tailor physical activity to you, so it gives you energy instead of draining you. Exercise isn't punishment. It's a way to take care of yourself.
We bring all three together in one personalized plan, step by step, at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
A healthy body and a peaceful mind are the foundation of a good quality of life.Book a Consultation
That's the priority I bring to our work together.
What I
Help With
Nutrition
- Healthy weight loss
- Weight or muscle gain
- Maintaining your results
- Steady, reliable energy throughout the day
- Shifting toward balanced eating (if changing your weight isn't the goal)
Psychology
- Emotional eating, overeating driven by strict control, and breaking the restrict-binge cycle
- A healthier relationship with food
- Dissatisfaction with yourself, low self-esteem
- Understanding yourself: your feelings, reactions, needs, and desires
- Personal boundaries: recognizing them and asserting them with confidence
- Shame, guilt, and feeling helpless
- Exhaustion, burnout, and low motivation
- Anxiety (intrusive thoughts, fear of mistakes or judgment, the need to control everything)
Work with me if:
-
You're tired of yo-yo dieting and setbacks, losing weight only to watch the results fade.
-
You want to lose weight without harsh restrictions or counting every calorie, in a way that feels mentally comfortable.
-
Food has become a source of anxiety and frustration rather than energy.
-
You struggle to tell physical hunger from emotional hunger, and food has become your only way to calm down or cope with exhaustion and burnout.
-
You already know the theory but need extra support, motivation, and a safe, judgment-free space.
-
You want a better quality of life, where the goal isn't the number on the scale but steady energy, mental calm, and a real understanding of your own needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions
My programs are built around balanced nutrition.
Most clients lose 1-2 kg per week, which is 2-4 kg every two weeks (our check-in period) or 4-8 kg a month. That’s a healthy, sustainable pace. Your exact results depend on your body and how much excess water you’re holding at the start.
No. My programs are designed so you don’t have to live by calorie counts. I’ll teach you how to eyeball your portion sizes and build balanced meals around the basics of healthy eating, so you can stop doing math at every meal and just eat with confidence.
Yes, absolutely. If sweets are a big part of your routine, cutting them out completely often backfires and leads to cravings and overeating. Instead, I’ll show you how to fit dessert into your meal plan so you can enjoy it without slowing down your progress.
No. My meal plans are built around everyday foods you can find at any supermarket, with no hard-to-find or expensive ingredients. I can also work with your budget.
If you’re interested in supplements, I’m happy to give you advice, but they’re never the foundation of my programs.
Not necessarily. Nutrition alone can help you lose weight and inches, while training is what builds strength and tone. Most people can still lose weight without working out, and my plans are designed with that in mind.
If you have physical limitations, we can start with nutrition only, or add light activity like walking when it feels right. I’d also recommend checking with your doctor about what’s safe for you.
Yes, absolutely. What you eat has a big impact on your energy, so we’ll fine-tune your meals and build an eating routine that helps you feel steady throughout the day.
If you’ve been feeling tired for a while, I’d also suggest checking in with your doctor to rule out any underlying causes.
Yes, you can. The “no eating after 6” rule is a myth. What matters is your overall intake and what time you go to bed. A good rule of thumb is to finish your last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime, so if you go to bed at midnight, dinner at 8 or 9 PM is perfectly fine.
No, you don’t. There’s no magic number that works for everyone. Your ideal intake depends on your body weight, activity level, and what you’re already drinking, and plenty of it also comes from food, tea, and coffee. We’ll look at your habits and set a goal that feels realistic for you.
Yes, it can. We won’t focus on restrictions. Instead, we’ll build a steady eating routine so you don’t get overly hungry, which makes stress eating much easier to manage, and we’ll work on simple strategies for handling cravings in the moment.
If the overeating feels out of control or is affecting your well-being, I’d also encourage you to talk with a therapist or doctor. Support for both food and stress often works best together.
In the active phase, we check in every two to three weeks. It’s a good balance: enough time to see real progress, and frequent enough to catch problems and adjust your plan.
Between check-ins, you can also send me photos of your meals for quick feedback and daily support.
Once your results are stable, we move to monthly check-ins.
If you’d like extra support with habits and motivation, we can add weekly or biweekly coaching sessions.
Everything is personalized. I build your plan around your schedule, food preferences, habits, and goals, so it actually fits your life. I don’t hand out generic, one-size-fits-all menus.
Instead, we look at why you eat the way you do and work on changing those habits in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for you.
